A Family Tradition
Adelina's Restaurant & Pizzeria is a family affair, owned and operated by Lisa and Bernie Cummings with their daughter Paige managing the downtown Wilkes-Barre location. What began in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania as a neighborhood favorite grew into one of the region's most celebrated Italian dining destinations.
When a devastating fire destroyed the original location in 2025, the Cummings family refused to let their dream end. They rebuilt in the heart of downtown Wilkes-Barre, bringing Adelina's to the historic Genetti's building and introducing a new chapter rooted in the same passion for authentic Italian cooking that has defined them from the start.
Today, Adelina's continues to serve the dishes that made them famous -- handcrafted pizza, homemade pasta, fresh seafood, and premium dry-aged steak -- all prepared with the care and quality that only a family kitchen can deliver.
